LMNO
Music
classes
combine music, movement, prop and instrument
play in 45 minute sessions. Classes include parents and caregivers
with infants and children through the age of 5. The instruction is
structured and informal. The class has a general structure and flow
in which the children are not expected to be able to execute musical
tasks on the spot. Rather, parents and caregivers are expected to
participate in the class thus modeling music for their little ones.
The
goal is to achieve elementary music competence.
That is, ultimately, for the child to be able to sing entire songs
in steady rhythm and relative pitch. Once achieved, the child is ready
to go on to the next level whether it be playing an instrument, singing,
dancing or even have a richer existence because of having a special
relationship with music and loved ones!
I
hope this answers some of your questions. You are more than welcome
to *schedule a free demo class* in order to check it out.
